WHY Attend The Southeast Finance Conference 2018?

This is the Conference that Ignites your Impact on the Future of Senior Living and Health Care.

The Southeast Finance Conference is back for its fourth year, due to popular industry demand! This year the event will be held at The New Braves Stadium at SunTrust Park, located in the Atlanta metropolitan area 10 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta in the Cumberland neighborhood of Cobb County. SunTrust Park is the new home for the Atlanta Braves, the city’s Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise. The SEFC 2018 continues to be widely recognized for delivering state-of-the-art industry information. Attendees consist of Lenders, CEO’s, CFO’s, Managers, Developers and Industry Experts.

1. Outstanding Content.

Our presenters and panelists include a variety of industry leaders, providing relevant and timely insights. This year’s conference will continue to spotlight trends for the delivery of services in response to healthcare policy changes (CMS). Key factors addressed will include the need for state-of-the-art programming that is outcome driven, documented and results oriented. In addition, the conference will highlight changes demanded by consumer’s and their care-takers and the required coordination of care from assisted living to acute-care.

Networking sessions will provide up-close and personal access to industry influencers who will share “what’s working now” for current and future trends – trends that continue to change the dynamics for developing, financing and operating healthcare and senior housing communities.

2. Outstanding Networking Opportunity.

The conference will also provide extensive networking opportunities –  we have created an environment where you can network longer and create meaningful connections.

3. Outstanding Value.

Our seasoned “speaker panelists” will provide value for your investment where the focus is on determining restructuring of debt, programming and industry alliances. We intentionally host our event in boutique space, keeping attendance manageable which puts our dollars to work for delivering powerful content and an extensive relationship-building experience.

Our goal is to provide you with the ultimate 2-day professional experience to help improve senior housing and healthcare today and in the future.
